As a total news junkie, this article made me quiver a little. I believe that good journalism is one of the most important things that modern society has produced but it has been hijacked badly in recent years. I think people taking less interest in news is dangerous but can see why they do so. On the positive side, some of the new outlets such as Tortoise and others offer a degree of hope.
