Brad I have read few articles recently with which I concur more. Part of the problem is that we live in an echo chamber. Those of us that care, rant and rave while thousands of others write about '10 best ways to develop a six pack' or 'how to find true love while taking a cold shower'. They are the ones getting the reads while Medium doesn't even have a dedicated Environment category.

I don't have an answer other than to keep using my tiny voice to prod the bear and to simplify my own life as much as is sensibly possible without wearing a camel hair shirt and moving into a cave.
