Empathy is hugely important and could solve about ninety percent of the world's conflicts (rough estimate based on fights with my wife) The problem with developing it is that it is really hard. I seem to take one step forward followed by three steps back. I'm sure that if one of the life coaches on Medium reads this they will be able to point me to a 10 step easy guide.
