I must confess to be a huge skeptic in this area, but when my wife was being treated for cancer and getting severe burns from a new radiation treatment, the oncologist suggested a healer. This little old lady specialized in 'taking away the pain from the burns.' She would take no payment but helped my wife immensely. The fact of the matter is that there is so much we don't know and yet we are arrogant enough to believe we know everything.
