I'm not sure that we are supposed to be creating these super star leaders in the church environment. Stardom doesn't often end well in any arena. We only need to look at the pop stars, sports heroes and other celebrities who crash and burn at their peaks to know that. In the church, perhaps we should focus our attention and hero worship towards our creator and not towards mere messengers.
