Like so many of the unwritten rules that are preached here, I don’t buy into the niche theology. Our goal should be to become better storytellers, plain and simple. If you have a story in you, let it out. If you don’t then give some how-to advice we have heard a thousand times before in one form another or write a boring listicle. Leave the beaten track Kristi and hack us all a new one. You probably won’t get rich but you weren’t doing that anyway.
