Much of the talk in the global warming arena refers to 2100. Unfortunately, I think most people see that as not their problem. Most will be dead by then and they can easily let themselves off the hook by seeing it as a problem the next generation can sort out. I think we need to be pointing to more immediate effects and nature seems to be providing those in increasing abundance.
