This trend for big companies to try to milk the most out of their employees is becoming quite widespread. Standing lunch breaks, expecting staff to perform multiple roles and zero hours contracts etc. I am sure the senior management sit around at meetings and pride themselves on having developed a new technique to squeeze a little more from it's minimum wage employees. It is short term thinking underpinned with greed and I think Victoria's Secret is starting to show signs of financial pressure at the moment. If this is how they treat their staff, then perhaps they don't deserve to survive.
